Today was Rosh Hashanah\u2026 The start of the Jewish\ufffc new year\ufffc In one of the most holy days in our religion\u2026 We celebrated by getting on a plane at 8 o’clock in the morning (left home at 4:30 in the morning)\u2026 And flew home to Vermont. That puts you in a pretty contemplative mood. Seriously Rosh Hashanah isn’t something I take pretty seriously because I consider the previous year in the next year\u2026 And this is he here with big changes after a year of big changes after a year of big changes\u2026 Enough to make one extremely contemplative.<\/p>\n

The flight back was uneventful and it was so wonderful to be back home\ufffc<\/p>\n

We mark the day by taking a nice long 7 mile hike up in Honey Hollow. You can already see the signs of fall\ufffc <\/p>\n

We end of the day with apples and honey for A sweet new year.<\/p>\n

I hope it’s a sweet new year for all of us\ufffc<\/p>\n
