\t\t\t\t\t\t Today is our younger dog, Satori’s 2nd birthday !. guess that makes her 14.. same as Gabe.. !\u00a0\u00a0 She’s the one on the left.. shes a Labradoodle-doodle.. A lab\/poodle crossed with a poodle.. She’s got the personality of a teenage girl.. I think.. <\/p>\n

.\u00a0\u00a0 I\u00a0 The girls celebrated by getting their winter haircuts. As counter intuitive as it may seem. we need to keep their coats a little shorter in the winter because they get so much snow and ice stuck in their fur when we’re out running\/walking\/snowshoeing<\/p>\n

I couldn’t get the girls to pose for an after haircut shot.. but you get the idea.. they look\u00a0 so diffent. I’m not used to seeing Satori’s eyes !<\/div>\n

Granddog Reptar, he’s maxs aprtment dog up visiting from NYC…\u00a0 idn’t seem to mind the lady’s new ‘Dos<\/div>\n

Diane whopped up a birthday surprise for all the dogs.. Steak !.. Not something you usually see in a household of mostly vegetarians.\u00a0 <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

She doled out some for each of the dogs.. The birthday girl. Satori, bg sister Chai, grand-dog Reptar.. and a Wicker, our friend Dan’s dog.. the smell of meat had them all in a frenzy !<\/div>\n

Diane put the bowls done and the stuf was g-o-n-e in a flash. <\/div>\n

It was fun having a party for Satori. These dogs have brought so much love into our lives, it’s nice to thank them.. <\/p>\n
