Hanging out at Laguardia on my way back to BTV after a good set of meetings down here in NY. I 2 days with the fellows and one day. today, with the Academy Leadership team.. Thats the 100 folks that form the core of the IBM Academy. It was great seeing all these folks..and even greater getting to work with them.. Face to face events like this restore old ties and make new ones…<\/p>\n

Todays hilight was a very good conversation lead by our CEO Ginni R. She gave a really good overview about the state of the company and the things she wanted the academy to be working on. I was psyched that she called out a project that i’m working on with colleagues in the Netherlands .. (She also told me I could use a hairband \ud83d\ude42 .. Here she is with the Acacemy pres and my buddy Rashik.<\/p>\n
