thanks to daylight savings I slept till 9am ! we woke to deep snow<\/p>\n

and bright sunshine.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

we ate and headed out to<\/p>\n

play in the snow. we went to bamforth ridge trail then veered off the trail to follow the west side of gleason brook. it was beautiful out<\/p>\n

off the trails. about an hour in we decided to cross the brook to loop back on a different trail we knew. not as easy as it sounds as crossing the break is harder now that the ice is starting to melt . after about 20<\/p>\n

minutes of<\/p>\n

looking we found a place where we could sort of safely cross . the a steep up holl following the go’s to find our other unmarked trail. it was physically demanding and fun !<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

i’m guessing that’s the last big snow of the year..<\/p>\n

but who knows \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
