night &#8211; Heart yoga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tonight Diane held a yoga and soup night..Tonight we did &#8220;heart yoga:\u00a0 It was kind of a make up from last tuesday, valentine yoga we couldnt. hold because I still had covid.\u00a0 \u00a0It was a great class..\u00a0 Diane is a really wonderful teacher.. she&#8217;s so tuned in to her class.. then a really nice potluck
