Great and slow day. Can't remember anything I did\u2026 Well\u2026 We did go out for cross-country ski with the dogs\u2026 It was fun watching Max's dog Io pull Diane around the field. We Did a little yoga, i did some work that I was late getting done. But the High Point was certainly dinner.<\/p>\n

One thing I got Diane for the holiday was a sp\u00e4tzle maker. If you don't know sp\u00e4tzle it's a German\/swish\/Austrian noodle dish that takes running go and shreds it directly into boiling water. It's comfort food to teutonic style. Eggs milk flour , Butter and salt What's not to like?<\/p>\n

It's just like my old landlady in vienna Frau Erol used to make\u2026 A little cheese, a little butter\u2026 Rapture !<\/p>\n
