9:30 this morning diane and i got in the car and headed south. I worked the entire day while diane drove nearly 500 miles to state college pa.. Im here to do some education outreach and day job stuff.. <\/div>\n
The drive was amazingly easy since diane did 99.35 % of the driving while i worked and tlsked on the phone. <\/div>\n
We did make a few stops..we happened to run into an aquaintance of mine, rajiv somewhere in the middle of nowhere in ny… Nice talking to him.<\/div>\n

After about 9 hours we ended at the home of our very good freinds kate and steve.. We met them about the third day we lived. In pittsburgh in 1988. we met them because i was carrying a baby (max) and they had just had a baby just a few months earlier. max and matt grew up as close friends.. And so did kate,steve and i <\/div>\n

After a great dinner with steve and kate, steve and i went out to meet my very good freinds bruce, mary beth and their son brad. <\/div>\n

We did a tequill toast to all of our friends who could not be with us,, starting with sam, jim,bruces mom..<\/div>\n
