I&#8217;m finding it tough, because I don&#8217;t have any answers..\u00a0\u00a0 I&#8217;m used to having answers..\u00a0 I was meditating in yoga tonight when I had sort of a melt up (as opposed to a melt down).. I figure can&#8217;t advise people\u00a0 about stuff that we can&#8217;t control or predict.. so all i can do is listen with love and supprt.
