Very quiet day.. cool and wet outside which is fine with me.. I’ve been sick all weekend.. (again).. I think work stress is wearing me down a bit.. That made it a perfect day for Diane and Marci’s Restorative Yoga / Reiki / Essential Oils workshop. It was 2 hours of he most relaxing music, touch and scents. Having a wife ‘in the business’ like this is such a gift.

I went in sick and stressed out.. and came out sick and relaxed.. nice.. !
