I started working this morning around 8AM.. and it’s now about 1AM. I took 15 minutes break to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.. and did some small jobs around the house.. maybe an hour total. That means I worked 16 hours today.. on a sunday.. and .. I did almost the same thing yesterday.
Just back from a very nice night with Luis and and Polly and their family an friends.. Really fun. It was a great break from a full day of work.. and another one promised tomorrow.
While there, I had a very quick conversation with Max.. who was tryign to help us sort out a compter issue.. while speaing with him he told me that the Drone Delivery pizza service that he’d been working on was written up in the New York Post.. yesterday ! They’re still working on the flight specifics.. but they’re geting slices to hungry patrons.. . How cool is that ?!?
While grabbing that pic, I also noticed a cool vid that a freind of Max’s took of their Floasis fire troop. There’ some nice footage of max workign with a staff..he’s a bbout midway through. Hot stuff !
khichdi – mung beans and rice.. that’s all Diane and I have eaten for the last 9 meals.. and we have 12 more (I think).
We’re doing something called the Colorado Cleanse for the second time. Our friend Liz runs these things for people and is using our yoga space for the meetings.. s we joined in.. It’s actually sort of fun. It’s about 2 weeks.. and for most of it, you eat like we normally eat.. just no oil, dairy or alcohol. The middle week though its just khichdi. It’s been an unbelievably crazy week at work … I think probably the most crazy work week Ive ever had.. but somehow this crazy diet has me feeling pretty good. I kinda enjoy being hungry…It’s like being on the Colony.. it keeps you alert and focused. You so enjoy the food you get when your hungry. .. and it so easy to do the dishes when you eat the same thing for every meal !
I weighed myself this morning.. 154 pounds. naked.. (tmi ?) which is what I think I weighed in college.
OK.. I’ve only gotten 3-4 hours of sleep the last 3 nights.. gonna try to sleep now..
