Busy day .. Everyone trying to tie up loose ends for the year. Going out with a bang not a wimper.

I had quite a shock today when i learned that a. Freind of mine.. Aamer S. Passed away unexpectantly during the US thanksgiving break. He was 40 years old. I had been workign with Aamer very closely for the previous several weeks… We had beers together just a few weeks back .. Still cant believe it..

Later in the day, i got the chance to meet up with soem other old friends?.. And some new ones. My freinds Jim, Dale and Dale's wife Alice invited me and my friend Tony to visit them at Wake Robin.. Wake Robin is an amazing place.. Which hias independent living ,assisted living and long term care.. It's an amazingly vibrant place..

We had a really great dinner.. Both in food and conversation. Dale, Tony and I go wayyyyy back. Dale is one of the fathe rs of microelectronics.. He and our friend Bob created the sceince behind what most folks call Moores Law.. Tony is a fabulous Analog diseign guy.. And Jim is a self proclaimed Nerd. I like them all so much

Dale and. Jim showed us the wood shop.. .. And then showed us all the fine furniture around the place. That they had made in that shop.. They are crafty folk. Loved the sign on the wood shop door
