About 2:30 AM and I’m just back from a crazy adventure ..

 

It all started at 6PM at Champlain college.. a really nice holiday party for folks from IBM .. So lots of good friends there

after a nice visit there.. we went to Ben’s famous latke party.. but missed the latkes by several minutes.

 

 

 

somewhere there Duane talked us into ‘Santarchy.. a pub  crawl of my folks dressed as santa.. We all got on pieces of costumes.. spreadnign one costonm over at least 2 people..

Woody offered to be our designated driver downtown

from there we went bar to bar as a huge group of santa.. at one time I think we had almost 30 !!!

 

Everywhere I went folks wanted pictures. I’d ask if they were good.. most said yes.. the ones who didn’t I reassured that they still had time

We danced and drank (i drank seltzer.. so it was fun to observe my friends getting more in the xmas spirit)

 

around 2 we found a cab and headed out to richmond and waterbury. Heres’ our great driver..a  19 year old guy from Lebanon

 

I came away from the evening pumped up.. So many folks came up and talked.. and they genuinely wanted to tell me about their pre-christmas behavior and christmas wishes..

I felt honored to get to hear them.
