Down in CT after a long good day in NY. Igot to see many friends today.. I was speaking at one of our new exec training classes and was so happy to see so many deservinng friends sitting there.e.. Its a bit scary to speak when you have friends in the room.. ]

I got some great links from my buddy Sam at Ogilvy today.. they were about the play machine, the cool internet of thing s device that Ogilvy had built for us .. It transformed social media interactions on IBMblr (IBM’s ‘ tumblr  site)  into cool IoT activities.. I was to have traveled today for a meeting.. but realized I was too sick to travel. Very good call.. i was able to participate in the all day meeting by phone.. and typed in my responses to save my voice. All in all , int worked out very well. I managed to stay glued to my seat and working for about 12 hours.. kind of a normal day these days..

I’m frantically writing code for some upcoming demos.. so not much exciting and new to report. Hmmm

so what to put here in my blog.. ?   How about a video I was watching today of a performance diane an I recently saw. It was Anais Mitchell.. a local singer/songwriter playing with the members of Sessions Americana. It’s a cover of an old Ian Anderson/Jethro Tull song called Skating Away. I think you’ll like it ..

I’ve completely lost my voice. .. it’s actually pretty fun.. i had my last couple of meetings with me typing.. and the person on the other end spoke.. I’ve had noting I’v had to say all day

It would be a whole lot more fun if i weren’t so sick !.. i still have fever .. but my chills seem to be going away..
