It was a gorgeous day… Whatever first. So we made use of it to go out for a hike. I wore shorts even though it was still a bit cold… Just because I could

Lots of logging up on the catamount trail

Gabe and i kept up a mariano cohn tradition of jumping in honey hollow .. Thee was still ice in it !

Tonight we went to a great musical meditation expereince at lotus lodge up on bolton…the band was called dream seed and they are a communal group from brooklyn There were 8 musicians with a ton of cool instruments… Very peacful

Ok.. Enough for now.. More tomorrow.

Friday night – Post Purim

Not much to report today.. just trying to slide back into this timezone.. Busy work day.. lots of catching up.. very glad its a weekend.   I neglected to mention that yesterday was Purim.. the day that Jew celebrate gaining our freedom from King  Xerxes by eating cookies filled with prunes and poppyseed that  taste like something you’d scrub off the bottom of your fridge.. then getting so drunk   that the Megellah.. the book that tells the purim story    says

A person is obligated to drink on Purim until he does not know the difference between “cursed be Haman” and “blessed be Mordechai

I hope you had a good morning after ..

Nite all, nite sam
