Friday night – capers

It’s been a long day… Standing here about 11 PM trying to figure out what would be a good near midnight snack.

. I don’t want anything too caloric
…. or too spicy
… or two filling…

What’s the perfect snack?

Ahha we have my favorite …

Capers!!!

Nothing better than 3 tablespoons of capers straight out of the bottle to get you a good night’s sleep.

Not many calories… and you you get your daily allotment of sodium… And that vinegary goodness to send you off to dreamland.

Isn’t that what life is all about?
