Satori Mariano Cohn the younger of our two doggies is turning 9 today ! Happy birthday girl ! She is the sweetest, most playful and goofy dog I’ve ever met.. she sill acts like a puppy.. ! Much differnt than her dignified older ‘sister’ Chai.
its been a strange couple of days trying to come back to full speed after the break. I made that a bit more literal last night when i jumped out of bed to stop the running toilet. I managed to catch the pinky toe of my right foot on a chair next to our bed. I’m pretty sure I broke it (Any doctors out there know how to tell ? ). my little toes are kinda on their side and have a tendency to get stuck on things.
Last night It hurt like crazy.. I mean cartoon stars crazy.. but by this morning it was down to a dull ache. I was even able to run on in today.. though .. ot sure tha was a great idea… .. It’s not a bad thing for mindfulness training though. I know just where my head is at.. … 5′ 10″ above that throbbing pain..
