So proud of Gabe.. he graduated today after 4 years of Biochem at uvm.. he was deans list most semesters, bolder society, officer of the ski and snowboard club and turned in a kick ass honors thesis.. couldn’t be more proud !

the mornig astarted early..w e were at gabes at 7 am.. it wa starting to rain.. none of us were really awake..

we walked to campus.. and were wet by the time we got there

diane and I settled in.. and proceeded to get ery. very. very wet and cold.. . but not as wet and cold as the grads like gabe who had to stand out in the rain

many folks decided they’d had enough and took off..

.. including raya !

it started raining even harder

my good freind John a got an honorary doctorate !

there wasa great speech by alexander nemerov.. really, really great I

m goign to try to get a transcript.. that talk made the day for me…

eventually the commecment was over and the crads flowed out.. here’s justin

we had an hour to go to the biochem and chem luncheon in the new DIscovery center. it was nice to meet gabe’s freinds

then back out for the aerts and sciences degree ceremony.. now the sun was out !

we then ran over to gutterson to watch Raya graduate.. we sat down next o my freind walter quite by accident

so proud of that girl.. she’s such a wonderful freind to us all !

then back to gabes hose to head back home.. first a pose in front of the library where he no longer needs to study all the time !

we had a great party at hone.. soemthign like 50-60 folks stopped by for grillign and chilling.. soem small speeches.. Gabe was woneerfullly thankful for all the freindship and support over 4 years
