Just got home from Munich. . Diane made enchiladas which are the worlds best welcome home food.. Now sitting in the ‘contemplation room’ .. It’s our old guest room now with two soft chairs (from where ?) an ottoman, a nice rug, a book shelf and lots of pictures on the wall.. We call it the contemplation room .. but I don’t think i’ve ever contemplated in here before now..
i’m contemplating about having a contemplation room..
it’s both relaxing and recursive !

Yesterday was the jewish festival of Purim.. that commemorates the saving of the jews under the rule of the persian king Xerxes. the wise esteher managed to foil the plan of the evil Haman and save her people wiht the help of her wise uncle Moredcha.
today it’s kind like halloween.. you dress up. eat candy, make noise.. and .. famously.. you drink so much you cant tell the good guy from the bad guy.
we took Emily ot her going away lunch ..a nd dressed up as best we could.
we[ve really enjoyed having her here with us.
tonight we wet to one more going away party for some more more of our residents as the new ones filter in.
here we raise a glass of hope and love to our family friend Storm who’s very ill tonight.. sending him peace, love and healing.
you have lots of love around you man.. hang on..
soemone had the good ide for us all to sign coasters to keep in remmeberance of this night.. it was fun and meaningful to do .
I get so attaxched to these residents. I wish they could all stay !

Just lying down in bed at 2:40 in the morning… I had to after work meetings both the went long… Both were good set of friends. Now hoping for a half nightssleep. Not much else to report…
my mind is shutting down… So I hope it’s OK if I do as well.
