Diane and i had a nice quiet night at home today. I needed it because work has been pretty stressful these past couple of weeks ..We spent most of the day gardening.. but our main venture out was to the Bristol human. Powered kinetic parade . Bristol is a tiny town in west central Vermont that bills itself as the “gateway to the green Mountains” . We got there about 10:30 and met up with our good friend and former roommate Priscilla.. she’s a local and guided us through the sweet town to the high school. There was a good crowd there despite the chilly weather.
The event started with a VNC bike demo that was really amazing

Most of the paraders were bikers in costume.. but there were a few cool contraptions
My favorite was from our buddy john
He was there with our othe friend john.. so we were 4 Johns !

After the parade passed us we walked back to find someplace warm . We ducked into a coffee shop and ran into our good friend carol . She was our midwife for sams birth .. it was so good to see her ! She has retired now after 1400 births !
We then can back to Jonesville and gardened .
Elliot brought by some friends who are up visiting that have been his friends since elementary school!
Later this revenge I went in and met my friends mike and Connie . They had my good friend and old boss Les out for dinner . I was a surprise visitor!
It was so great catching up!
Ok .. that’s it for today . Diane’s snaking Keto ice cream .. yum !
