It’s spring down here as I could see during my very early morning run

I’m down here for an IBM fellows meeting. It is so very good to see so many old friends. There are over 70 of us here… Which is the majority of the fellows in the company. Some of these folks I’ve known for almost 30 years.

It was a very good day catching up, looking forward and reviewing the past. I’m actually quite excited about the direction we’re taking right now.

We had quite A few senior execs with us including Ginni our CEO.

We’re starting early tomorrow… So I’m going to bed

Spent the day packing up and traveling down to New York for a couple of meetings this week. Not much to report other than my Very tall friend John Y Came by the house today. He’s been living on the West Coast and is Thinking of moving back to Vermont. He’s a fun and smart guy… Made my day seeing him…

Wow… I just realized that my last nights post didn’t go out… Just send it out

Today was Easter end though I’ve never been a big Easter participate this was the least Easter Easter I’ve ever had. Hence it is “leaster”

It was both a busy and quiet day. Did chores around the house, spent time with the dogs… Went out for a really nice walk at catamount Trail with them

Spent a lot of time outside which was nice because several friends stop by when they saw me outside.

It was 75° today.

It was both a busy and non-busy day. I don’t think I got a single thing done… But lots of different phases to the day

First of all it was Peasach .. Passover… Was the first time in a long time I didn’t have a plan for the day. I’m not really religious anymore… But there’s something traditional about it so I put together a keto genic friendly Passover plate and ate it

The dogs and I got out for a couple of walks today just to look at the flooding that was going on. Our normal trail was completely underwater… It was kind of cool

Not anywhere near the house so I’m fine with it

I did a little bit of repair work to my baby tesla coil… Replacing some of the secondary standoffs

All working well again…

Tonight I went to support my friends Kris and Kim at the 420 Byrne at Zenbarn. Or 20 is the traditional Time to smoke pot… And recognition April 20… A.k.a. 420… Is always marked with celebrations around cannabis. Since it’s now legal in the state of Vermont it was an even bigger deal. I went down to help Kris and Kim if I could. I helped put fuel on the giant cannabis leaf it was going to be burned. It was great being down there cause I was able to see Chris and Kim and some of the fire dancers that I knew and Mason as well.

VT lieutenant governor David zuckerman Made a speech and let the procession down to the fire area. He asked everyone to call their state representatives and senators to try to get commercial marijuana legal in Vermont… (It’s currently legal to grow and possess but not to sell)
