It’s so strange walking around the house and finding chai and Satoris things.… their toys, Bowls, leashes , collars… I miss those girls a lot. I miss the noises that they made. Today I came across a strange relic… It’s a container With two of the three stones that had to be surgically removed from chai over the years. She loves chasing and eating rocks.… It actually felt good to find them
I guess it’s nice to know she won’t Have to go through that again
I miss you girls

Another sunny beautiful fall day. We know we’ve got rain coming in the weather will be getting colder so we wanted to take on as much more of the beautiful fall leaves as we can ..
Today we started the catamount Trail north of I $.89. It’s down a little tiny road called Pineo Brook… It’s a private road and landowners and super excited about Hikers… But he’s letting us do it. We hiked up about 2 1/2 miles on the trail up to assure rock face when we saw some people climbing. It’s just beautiful
Heading back to work tomorrow after a full week out… Having the kids here saying goodbye to Charlie… It’s going to feel weird being back at work… But I’m looking forward to it

The big event for the day is that ‘Diane and I both Filled in our mail in ballots…
We were amazed to see how many people were actually running for president.… Kanye West? Really… And the boiling frog party ?!
Please stop right now and go fill in your ballot and get it in the mail. We’ve got to change the course the country is on. And your vote matters
Otherwise it was a quiet day
The day started out rainy but turned beautiful. Diane and I did a 6 mile hike in Huntington at Trapp Road onto catamount Trail and then up to a pond that we bushwhacked up towards. I really enjoyed being out in the fall foliage Last night the area because it’s for snow.… Camels hump was covered in snow I will probably stay that way until May
Ok time for a bath !
