Tuesday night (delayed) – Beta test

Had a great treat last night. Two of my friend worlds collide it… A group of my friends who are technical artist working for a new start up call Babirusa we’re showing some art concepts at another group of my friends had a company called beta technologies. If you live anywhere in Vermont you know who beta is… They are an amazing start up building electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. It’s the most amazing collection of brilliant technical people I’ve ever been around… (And I’ll have to admit that saying something)… My friends at beta were looking at some of these cool art concepts for a project they are considering. It was so fun to have that collection of people. A lot of the technology and there is proprietary so I didn’t feel it was right to take pictures… But I did get permission to get this picture of my friends Flying simulator… Like everything else in there… It’s truly amazing

So are my friends

Monday night – pharm to table

Oh busy day… I was able to take 2 1/2 hours out to spend some more time with Scott at the respite house. He’s actually feeling better by being there. It’s a peaceful and beautiful place.

It was really great just sitting there talking to him… He has this really cool device where he can give him self morphine shots… We were joking around that it was like “Artisanal morphine”…” Gluten free morphine” And my favorite… “pharm to table”.

You’re never too sick to laugh

Sunday night – Father’s Day

Happy Father’s Day to all your dads out there… Certainly a thoughtful one for me. I am so happy to be the father of three fine men maximum game.

I’m thinking of my dad Hugh Cohn who was my model for what a father should be

I’m thinking of my father-in-law Gabriel Mariano… It was gentle, thoughtful and such a solid guy… He was always an inspiration

And I’m thinking of my good friend Scott is in hospice today… Also a father and sending him love

We never stop being fathers… And we never stop having fathers

Saturday night – Ligo

I woke up after a restless night… I keep thinking of my friend Scott who is in hospice right now

I actually went back to sleep for two hours this morning to kind of reset my day. We worked around the house most of the day… Our biggest accomplishment was creating netting around her blueberries

I had talk this afternoon And high school students which went pretty well… Then we went over to Ben and Tatiana’s for their annual Ligo party. Nico is the black van solstice celebration. There were a lot of people over there with flowers in their hair. It was nice low-key great seeing all our friends

Happy Ligo everyone
