While other people were marking Black Friday… We have reserved a gray and drizzly Friday… I guess par for the course for Portland.

Dan and I went for a really nice run around Mount Tabor this morning… Super beautiful park and very few people out.

Then we headed over to GabÉ’s to help with cleanup from last nights feast.

Late afternoon we headed to Cathedral Park to give nova a run… It is a beautiful place never had a chance to play with some other really cool dogs

Meanwhile it appeared to be snowing like crazy at home… So says a little screen I don’t forget them to be able to always see our house

I will later in the evening we went out for sushi but found every restaurant closed for the holiday. Instead we Went to the last invest remaining video store in Portland To find a video… We even found a copy of the colony

and then went to a food cart place and got some sandwiches

then how to watch a very cool and forgotten animated movie “9” by tim burton ..

Really fun day at Gabes… Spent the morning working around the yard getting things ready for the party tonight. Meanwhile Shaun, Ted, Carrie and Mel worked on the meal.

People started showing up Just before four.

Nowak had her friend Tito (Tucker’s dog) there for company

We all ate our field… They took a quick walk around the block and started in on dessert

It was Taylor’s birthday so GabÉ made her a birthday cookie

The party is still going on when ‘Diane and I decided it’s time for us to head out…

We had a relaxing day here in Portland. Our big outing was another trip to the thousand acre dog park. Diane, Nova and I went for a 5 mile run along the river… It was so nice.

Once we got back to Gabes we all started prepping for tomorrow’s Friendsgiving… I think there’s going to be like 24 people there.… Tonight we made pizza with Mel’s gas fired Pizza oven… Pretty cool
