It’s an amazing and cool night up here in Vermont… The fire flies are going crazy. In honor of that I wore my glow-in-the-dark jacket when ‘Diane and I walked out it’s a Huntington gorge. On the way back we saw the most amazing fire fly displays
I’m still buzzing from the sleep study I did night before last… I was able to get these pictures of my polysomnograph at various stages… Here is me awake

26 years ago today diane and I became parents for the third time with Gabe ! What an amazing person he is .. smart, funny , strong and loving .

Tonight we all got it on video call gabe opened one of his presence. Tomorrow we’re gonna do the same thing but he’ll be in Santa Fe with Max and Becky
We love you sooooo much Gabriel… we are so proud of you!
Greetings from the residence Inn in Colchester Vermont. I’m here for an all night sleep study. I’ve been curious about this for many years and our PA jack suggested I go ahead and do it. They have a long waiting months for these but I was lucky to be able to slide in. It’s really cool because I’m hanging out with a group of people who are interested in sleep and dream states… So this is coming just when I’ve been thinking about sleep
The people here at the sleep center are amazing… The guy who wire me up his name Shand He’s really great… Very knowledgeable about sleep as he put on about 30 wires… No exaggeration I just tried to count them. I have electrolytes all over my head my chest my legs breathing things around my chest and abdomen and cannula up my nose. (Which is really the only weird thing)… It’s gonna be so interesting to see what we find… Sleep hasn’t been very easy for me this last year… I know I’m not alone in that. It’ll be interesting to see if there’s anything I can address.
It’ll be interesting to see if I can sleep with all the stuff hanging off of me… Somehow I think I’ll be able to

Ps ..I just wanna put a shout out to shan-the man. The absolutely awesome Polysunambulist Who took care of me last night… It was such a cool experience I didn’t think I got any sleep but at 2o’clock he came in and switch me to a CPAP machine… I said I’ll never be able to sleep with th…… next Thing I knew it was morning and I have had the most wonderful four hours of sleep I can remember in my life
Anyway it was so great getting to know Shan. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful… Hoping to run into him somewhere else in life
If you’re having trouble sleeping I definitely suggest getting one of the sleep studies…
