So.. the current modified plan (Plan 2) was for me and diane to head back to Vermont on Wednesday..   As Tuesday went on I began to realize I was still too sick to be on a plane with other people.  No one ones to sit next to someone who’s shivering and coughing on a plane..   So we pushed our flights out another day.. to Thursday now 

We decided that after Diane had already made me a my favorite (!!!!) birthday cake.. APPLE  CAKE !  So we decided to go ahead and have birthday celebration number 1.    We had  Indian take out (which I couldn’t taste at all.. so weird !).. and then came the cake and ice cream !  (Even Nova had ice cream) . 

Thanks to my wonderful family.. I had a great covid birthday I !
