Our early flight got delayed, so we had a nice slow morning at the hotel.. We went on a nice run exploring the neighborhoods around SFO. We got to Minneapolis around 7, UBER’d to my mom’s condo.. and went out for a nice Thai dinner nearby.. Great seeing Mom and relaxing a bit
From China Cat yesterday to China Camp today.. we headed to the site of one of the first 19th century Chinese settlements in the area. We took about a 5 mile hike through the beautiful forest there to the Bay and back
After the hike we headed down to the airport, dropped our car and took BART back to the new hotel.. BART had seen better days it seems
we settled into the hotel.. and waited for my friend Rafe. Diane had kindly offered her Phish ticket for tonights show to Rafe. He showed up and we headed up to Berkeley
We got to the Greek Theatre in Berkeley.. and thanks to the freinds and family passes, managed to skip the huge line.. and sit in a roped off place.. the perfect place to watch the show. We met up with my music and tech freinds.. It was a great way to celibrate yesterdays session
it was a GREAT show. and it was fun being with friends. I missed Diane.. but she was happy that I was there with Rafe..
