More light snow this morning. We wanted to get outside in it.. So took a quick backwoods hike in Honey Hollow wiht my Honey !

 

I noted that its finally cold enough to use the front entrance way as an overflow  Fridge.. will soon be a freezer !

GOt a quick hike in this morning up Gleason brook to enjoy the little snow we have

 

Then I headed to U32 in East Montpelior for a FIRST FTC robotics scrimmage. It had been organized by my freind Shawn.. Nce turnout.. 10 teams practicing for the finals next month. Greta energy and great robots !

 

Nice early dinner with Jen, Tim and Deb.. started watchin ‘hot tub time machine’

Got a nice surprise today. Friend James found a shoutout to our Fluffy Art car in one of the Mutant Vehicle discussion groups on Facebook. Its midpage in this picture.. . The guy it came from was the Fire lead for one of the most famous burning man art cars: the Mayan Warrior… so It was super nice coming from him.

Diane and I did a quick hike at Libbys this morning.. very pretty in the snow (Diane I mean 🙂 

 

Dropped by work.. though generally Fridays I dont work.. Found this wonderful contraption my freind Shannon had bult..Really nicely built..  See if you can work out what it does.. 

End of the day dropped off a meal for our freind Kristen.. she’s on the mead !

Tonight was fun.. We had our friends Kevin and Margaret (aka Marge) over for dinner. Kevin is/was  one of our Sam’s best friends..  
Marge is pregnant and due next week (!).. Kevin has been out of Vermont for the last 4 months in officer training down in Texas… so it’s really good he was able to finish in time.
