I was in the shower this morning when our freind rachel came by.. Iopend the window to say hi and he took this picutre..
a good start on the day. I’m giving a talk on the Colony today.. and gettign photographed while taking a shower is part of that too !>
TH talk was at 12:30.. .. I was. a little nervous until Istarted talking.. and the next thing I kew it was over. It was so fun.. I could tell that most people liked it !.. I was super relieved afterwards ,.. I had soem fun conversation with co-workers after the talk.. it was good to hear their questions.
around 4:30 my freidn Karen W came by for a tour of BETA. she’s an old freind who now lives in Switzerland . . She’s back to see some friends.. It was great showing here around S40 .. Karen has a company that does sustainability analysis on buiding like this.. She really liked seing the S40 systems.
Karen couldn’t stay long.. .. sue r nice to catch up
I saw my friend tyler giving a tour today.. and he introduced em to his tour-ee .. it was his brother and sister and law.. qnd later his mom.. I really like tylers energy.. it was good to see where it coems from !
The Colony poster is everywhere… really strange to see. THe talk is tomorrow !
Icame home early from work to spend some time with Max before he and Chad fly out.. One thing he wanted to do was relive one of his favorite things.. he tossed a parachute man out the tower window.. and it landed on the roof.. just like old times.
then Max, Diane and I headed down to barlow beach to skip some stones.. it was beautiful
then we picked up Chad and took them both to the airport. Its been so nice having Max here !
On the way home I stopped by the Generator board social .. my first meetign as a board emeritus memeber.. super fun to have no obligations 🙂
THen home in time for Yoga..the theme was halloween so folks braught soem scary stuff.. ghost cheese, skulls.. yummy !
This Thursday i’m giving a BETA Bytes of Knowledge (BBOK) talk about the Colony . I’m very excited and kind of nervous.. My face is all over the company . which is very weird.
Tonight Reebar/Aaron nd Shosh came over for dinner. We’re workign on a project together .. and wanted some social time with the two of them..and Max !
