i had a beutifu, slow day here at home.. went for an early run with diane.. then took the dogs up libbys looko out. I was almost happy that I forgot my camera.. becaue it made me satre at the surrounding beuty so much more carefully.. trying to remember it..

That word surrounded got me thinkign this morning. the last couple of weeks i’v ehad quite a few few freinds reach out to me with lovign concern abotu the pace i’m keeping.. .. and I want you all to know that i really appreciate the love behind that concern.. and I’m listening.. it’s interestign when the world starts talkign to you like that. The interesting/funny thing is that i’m alse getting signals form lots of folsk that I’m just where i need to be..
