It was the day before makerfaire and all through the barn….all the geeks were all making their way to the farm….

It’s the day before the first Champlain Maikerfaire tomorrow at Shelburne Famrs. Believe it or not, we’ve sold out of advanced tickets. (800 sold so far) There will be 200 ticks to buy at the door.. but I’m hoping we’ll still be able to let folks in.. as long as there aren’t more than 1000 at a time.. If that happens,   you just may need to wait a little while.

I did a little setup there and saw all the cool stuff. there are about 50 makers.. most of them I know.. some I don’t. It’s gonna be great to see them all together. .. rain or shine (and I know we’re getting some rain)

We grabbed a quick dinner tonight with an honored set of guests..Jeff B and Dave from Sparkfun.. we’re so pleased to have them here at our faire. !

At the end of Dinner we toasted Jerome and the other organizers of the event.  (all in absentia)   they’ve done a fabulous job putting together the event.

OK.. gotta get my beauty sleep.. it’s going to be a long day tomorrow.
