Sunday night – Early christmas

Lovely early christmas.. We decided to mark the day today because of everyone’s travel plans. DIane abd I were u before 7.. the kids u around noon.. i’m in my santa uniform for about the 5th day running. doesn’t get much more layed back than this !

the dogs always knwo its christmas.. Chai broke into her stocking when neither of us were looking.. .. its more cute than annoying.

diane is here gaurding the stuff so the dogs have to wait.

ok.. the dogs get there things and spend the rest of the day playing wiht them.

both of them love their hedgehogs.

lots of thoguthful gifts passed back and forth.. lots of home made stuff.. I got chemicals for my ‘still , soem great clothes, an soem very cool electronics (A FLIR IR camera module.. cant wait to try !)

here’s what I got the boys.. I found a guy in northeastern vermotn that makes special toasters that burn your face into your toast. !. Here’s gabe..

we had toast for breakfast !

We had lots of Sam moments today.. the most amazing coincidence.. probably deserves its own blog.. Diane found a can of valentines we’d all written for each other back whtn the three boys were very young.. we hadn’t seen them sense. She found them by accident this morning. We tool turns reading the valentines where’s we’d written what we loved abotu the other person. It was so sweet and beutiful.. lots of tears and laughs.. we read them through the day..
