I was walking down a busy city street today with some work buddies when someone shouted out my name. I looked around and saw a bunch of guys sitting on the curb. Looks like they were taking a lunch break. One of them shouted out my name again and came over to talk.. He'd just fineshed watching the Colony on netflix.. And there i was.. We tal ked for a little while about it.. He was a really nice guy.. Didnt even get his name. Its a tiny world sometimes !
Flying back to Vermont now.. Enjoyed seeing my work freinds.. See you guys soon !
I’m here working on a project that doesn’t yet have a name.. At some point yesterday we came up with an acronym that came out as “CREEPY’ / I cant for the life of me remember what CREEPY stood for.. but it worked. Never-mind that the project is anything but creepy.. it’s actually once of the most interesting and fun projects that I’ve worked on in many years… and the team is wonderful and smart.. . … bit still .. how can you beat ‘creepy’ for a name ?
Greetings from somewhere …. I am accidentally awake in the middle of the night, so I’ll make this quick.. i was on an airport train when diane called me from Burlington to tell me that she , hannah,. brit and deb were down town a the firehouse gallery. Thanks to the wonders of code, I was able to catch thiis picture of those pretty people standing on tn Floorish..
the rest of the day was in interesting meetings… i really enjoyed both groups of folks.. here are the folks I’m workign with tonight and for the net 2 days.. really fun
We all gathered together tonight at the Davis farm to remember our friend Elijah Todd Davis who died a year ago last night. I can’t believe its been a year already
We all walked into the big field in front of the house.. all bundle in sweatshirts against the unseasonable cold.. At the sign, we all unfurled our paper balloons and began to light the wax paper bricks that warm the air.
one by one the balloons filled with heat and took off into the cool still air.. it was magical..
was we watched them fill the sky we sent love to our friend and his family..
