Had lucnh today with our good friend Rebar. Really great catching up with him.. ALso .. looks like we’ll be workign together on another project.. thats greta news because we loved workign with him on Fluffy. Rebar is workign with friend Ben on a super interesting .. and maybe kinda secret art peice with social commentary.. I’ll be helping itht he electronics and software whcih is may happy place.

Today was a big day.. I had to forgo morning coffee because today was my latest cardio workup. I do this every 5 years due to soem shakey family history. I had an Echocariagram and a cardiac PET scan .. both came out excellent which is just what I want to hear. I am thinking that soem of the credit here goes to Diane for maintianing us so well. Lots of exercise, great food and a wonderful supportive relationship 🙂
One hte way out of the cardio lab, I took soem time to look at the organ donor memorial..

later after work I had a great meetign with a group of UVM STEM abassadors.. We gave them a tour.. and then heard about their STEM teaching senester projects. Many of them around syuistainability.. btu soem about aviation.. even one about cryptography .
It was super inspiring !

Our good friends Chris Aand Kim hosted a fire theater at their house tonight.. Chris also built a small version of Champ to burn.. .. We helped out giving out popcorn as we have in the past.
