Tody I had the great pokleasuer and honor of doing a keynote at the Vermont Kindergarten teachers annual meeting. I was there to give a talk on how Play helps with serious careers. THey get it .. Kindergarten teachers have such great playful energy and creativity. I saw so many people there I knew.. ! It was sooooo great getting to hang out with all these folks.

Busy day at work.. grateful to be able to come back home to yoga and potluck. I love diane’s classes.. and so do all of our friends. Tonight I remembered to take a picture of our freind Fritz. Many of my freinds at work used to work with Fritz at Microstrain/Lord..
All of the folks who know Fritz over here respect him tremendously ..

Busy, busy day.. My good friend Rebar (aka Aaron) created a really fun project at work.. He used a projector to project a stylized image of our Plane Alia’s cockpit on a larg4e white wall.. Behind the wall is one of our Simulators..
Whille the image was projected, a bunch of folks (me included) grabbed paint markers and drew the image on teh wall.. It was s uch a cool and spontaneous collaboration !
It came out great ! Rebar.. you are so amazingly creative !!!!

ILinda and David headed out this morning.. It had been a great visit
I have a project at work that I really would like to get done. I headed in to work while diane went to yoga. At work my freind Bobby helped me reprogram a circuit board I’m using.. Bobby is a very interesting guy.. super smart.. and very humble. He’s been an electrical engineer, programmer, physics teacher and who know what else. He’s raised his son Robert an his own. I’ve herd lots about Robert from Bobby.. Robert did soem of his highschool in China.. and is heading back there in the fall to get a masters in Mechanical Engineering . He studies entirely in Mandarin. Robert was up visiting so I got to meet him.. He was in town to drop off a bunch of stuff for storage at Bobby’s house. He had to get back to Boston to drop off the truck so I helped them unload the stuff while I got to talk to Robert.. Super smart and super nice. I can tell that he’s an excellent engineer (like his dad!)
After Bobby reprogrammed my circuit board.. I headed home .
DIane and. I met up around 2 and took a fast walk up Dugway to the gorge .. It was running very hard due to the snow melt..
I spent the rest of the day working on a pbiomedical roject for (and with) my brother.. Super interesting. I’ll talk about it here when I can
