Saturday night – hack the. stacks

Today was a perfect day to work inside. It was cold and rainy outside,.Diane and I used the time to clean out the old lab, install a light fixture, etc. around the house. Like yesterday, it was very satisfying to get this work done ….and it's essential as winter closes in.

Mid afternoon I had to go out to rent a piano dolly to move the piano the front entrance so we can start stacking wood. I use the chance stop by the hack the stacks event from code for BTV. It's a two day hackathon which is being hosted by the Fletcher free library. There were between 15 and 20 people there working on a variety of projects. I spent some time with the Lakecraft team. Nick and Nina were there, Ive been working with for the past three or four months. Nick is made great progress in adding roads and rivers to The Lake Champlain version of Minecraft. It was pretty exciting, I think they're going to be on the news here tonight.

Later tonight we went over to Lou and Kathy's for a going away dinner for their daughter Hannah. She's going to live in Barcelona to teach English. All of the food was Spanish themed. It Was really tasty. Lots of different types of paella

And some crazy belt buckles!

At home now in a quiet house …struggling to stay awake. Time for bed. More tomorrow.
Night all, night Sam
