Zev and freind were marshals.. last year that was Gabe’s job !  Mr Weston, the priciple (and our friend) kicked off the show

 

 

David B did the student respone to the charge.. adn won the citizenship award. Congrats David !

 

then came the time for the degreess.. here’s Gabe before his metamorphosis..

 

And here he is after.. Every year for the last 6, soemone has wrn the tie dye commencement gown.   Our freind gretchen made it for her kid tyler in 2008 and it’s passed down in secret to soemoen in the graduating class.. This year it was gabes turn.. he’d wornit under his normal robe

 

 

 

And there it is.. he’s OFFICIAL !!!  Congrats my son !

 

 

even got a hug from the principal !  (P-A-L .. the principal is your PAL !)

 

Gabe was wearign Sam and Dylan on his mortarboard. he did that at 2am last night..

 

then came all those other kids 🙂 .. it was great to see them all. I claspped for every single one..

 

 

Then it was over !.. Outside for pics.. Gabe had even asked me to bring my own tie dye.. how cow nice is that when your kid actually asks you for something like that ?!

 

great having the family all there.. we all had samstones with us.. issing that boy today for sure !

then it was off to thtim and Jen’s lake house.. Tye were the kind hosts of our small gradualtion party.. Its always fun goign out there.. Tim just got two jet skis.. this was our first time to try them.. wow !

 

Debra  , diane and jen cooked a wonderful meal. they are such great cooks. Mostly mediteranian.. lots of spreads.. ad grilled meats..  it was so delicious !  I’m still radiating garlic.
