Just spoke with my sister.. today she ran her 6th Boston marathon.. (her 10th marathon ) and she had a great day.. despite rain , cold weather and a headwind, she came in under 4 hours. She said she had a great time.. this is her firstrst Boston since my dad died last year.. and she and we were thinking of him (he ran two Boston Marathons) ..

it must have helped.. she said it was her most fun marathon ever..  thanks for doing that mary !
