I just saw the most amazing things.. I was driving on the Hutchinson Parkway on my way to  Lagardia from Westchester . I saw a low clearance sign of 9 feet ahead.. as I came around a curve I saw a low bridge.. then I noticed there was a ton of junk, concrete, steel , and insulation in my lane.. I had already slowed down.  eth roof of the bridge was shredded with insulation and concrete hanging everywhere .. As I came under the bridge I saw an 18 wheel truck that had come out the other side of the bridge.. it’s top was sheered off, the trailer was collapsed, the cab was intact and the driver was sitting there stunned but fine.. Everything was still… so it must have happened a minute or so before..
