Took a break today to celebrate Valentines day.. yes.. I know it’s a commercial creation .. but I love, love , love  thinking about love..   And I am truly grateful to be surrounded by so much of it.

we celebrated today by heading down to Vergennes for brunch with old friends.. .

something about the light on this very cold morning just lightened my heart. 

 

Diane and Jean had had the very good idea to bring all of our wedding albums with us.. some we had a great time looking through the past, reviewing hair styles and clothes.. seeing old friends and family.. missing those no longer with us.. it was so sweet
