The lift came back to the house today and the guys almost finished painting the other side of the house. Now we have time lapse for both sides.
Looks great!

So I’m starting to get into a good rhythm with my new contracting job at Beta technologies. my role there is to lead a team on creating science demos for middle schoolers to billionaires… Basically to explain the science behind our airplane in terms that the general public can understand and enjoy. It’s really a dream job for me… I’m just a contractor there… But the culture is so wonderful. Everything moves so fast!
First part of this project is to go around and figure out where the story Around this wonderful electric vertical takeoff airplane needs to be augmented. First stop is the batteries… For logistical reasons it’s a little hard to talk about how the batteries are put together. we spent the morning talking about how to illustrate how the batteries go in the plane and how they’re built up into packs.… As we think through these demos I’m learning so much about them. I can’t really go into the details in this blog I’ll just say that this thing has a whole lot of batteries in it time. Our team is going to make it cut away that shows how the batteries are put together. Should be fun.

Well Max was here last weekend he had a remarkable experience… It was late at night… I think about 3 AM and he was out practicing rope dart. He didn’t have it fueled or lit he was just practicing his moves… When all of a sudden he heard us “swoosh”… He looked around and it was this owl… For 40 minutes the owl and he played a little game of tag where the owl kept trying to grab the dark and fly away with it… It even followed him to another part of the yard… It was such a cool magical moment. Max just share these photos with me… I hope you like them
