I took soem tiem today to buy a new pair o trail running shoes.. i’d trid so many differnt shoes.. but  after about 50 years of running.. i’ve gotten pretty set in my ways.. and gait.. 

the good foks at danform finally.. after 6 pairs..  helped me find a great pair of minimalist. trail shoes..  

At 5;30 .. 18o of muy high school gap year frond from haclclub came by for a tour. they’re from all over the world (which required soem pre work for BETA security). 
it was so fun seeign the place through their eyes !. 

From there I went to meet diane, deb and the kennys at cochrans .. where I was able to catch the very tail end of a really nice concert.. it was a fundraising tribute to  a young freind Soren who died several years ago. his family has created this event to raise money for socela I justice ehre in vermont.. something that soren believed strongly in

what a gret band too !

it was great to see so many folsk come out for htis great cause and to remember soren .
