Our plane was late leaving IAD so late arrivign in Frankfurt.. It was mid afternoon by the time we landed// about 5 by the time we got off the train in Würzburg.   

Gbe came and picked us up.. we were so excited to see him and Nova.. we went out for a hike..t he weather was cool.. which was very welcome for all of us. Germany has had soem of the highest temperatures its ever seen.. it even hit h100F here a few times..

we enjoyed walkign and eating plums and grapes that were growign all around in the feilds.. 

we got to lay ball with Nova too.. shes happy to see us.. I can tell. v
Its fun to visit the grand dogs.. we had so much fun with Violet in santa fe !

I know it looks liek fall colors.. but here the leaves are brown from the heat !

we headed back to Gabes.. and headed out to walk around Würzburg and stop  for a great dinner at a real Franconian plance.. It was a grweat way to ‘land’ 

then back home for much needed sleep..
