I spent several frustrating hours trying to speak to BestBuy about getting the laptop replaced that we never receives…

SO far they are saying its our fault that a laptop we’ve never even seen was stolen from their store..

I have a call with them tomorrow.. if this is not resolved.. I’d like to suggest that me and my friends take all of our business
