I’ve gotten really behind in my blogging.. so I’m goign to try soemthign simpler.. I’m goign to upload pics from all the days I missed.. and “may” go back and add some verbiage later ?

Today my old friend Devon Kruse showed up with his brother.. He lives in California now.. but used to work with me at IBM. I dont think I’ve seen him in 35 years.. It was so great to catch up !

Today was the forth of july.. for some reason the 4th feels bittersweet to us. I think its because we have such great memories of doing stuff with the kids. It was one of Sam’s favorite days .. We decided to go to the Bressor’s to watch the parade.. So glad we went.. we ran into so many old friends. The floats were ok.. not as elaborate as in the past.. but it was fun seeing everyone showing up
We spent the rest of the day working on fluffy..

Today was a treat. Our neighbor Sammantha (Sam) , her husband Souli and their 4 kids came by. Sam used to babysit our kids.. so it’s fun to see her with her own 4 kids. Sam and. her family live on the west coast and were visiting VT. Our good friend and Sam’s mom Barb came by too. We spent the afternoon and evening with them . Their kids are really into science so we had fun playing with some of our science toys.
We ended the evening with a Thermite flare.. always a good way to end a fun day .
