Definitely feeling the two years of Covid lockdown/coming of mud season blues. Spirits were lifted when our friends Victor and Patti came over for dinner. Super fun hearing about their family and all their adventures

Very quiet day here… I’m trying to be a little bit more regulated about when I’m working and when I’m not…. I’m trying to reserve Wednesday for my IBM work. I spent the day taking calls in my shop and soldering while I could for one of my projects.
We did get out for a short hike a part of Robbins… The snow is still beautiful

Dianne and I got an extra hiking today. I had a break in meetings so we were able to head up to the Duxbury window on band fourth Trail. It’s one of our favorite hikes. It was no one around and we took it as fast as we could… We even ran some of the way back. There was snow but we didn’t need our snow shoes… We just had a text. It was a beautiful run walk

I ended up on two field trips today… First I rode down to Randolph technical center with my friend Stephan and Sarah from work. We are looking at how beta could collaborate with the Vermont technical centers… Give us lots to think about. Also got a chance to meet my friend Kevin from first robotic so I’ve never met face-to-face
Later in the day Andrea, her partner Taylor and I went over to UVM to visit my friend Sally in the glass lab… And while there we went in to check in on my friend Dave and his progress on this wonderful davenport’s motor. I love seeing these hands-on geniuses at work. It’s really inspiring
