Sunday night (delayed) – stowe

Another gentle start to the day… And we all had it in the car to Stowell. We stopped at the Cabot Cheese Pl., Smugglers Notch spirits, the chocolate store, the pewter store, the Patagonia store… All the kinds of places we never go unless there’s someone in town. It was fun. We then headed up to Stowell and took a great walk On the quiet part of the stove bike path. It was blustery but really beautiful to be outside

Yeah what he marries in the afternoon which is guaranteed nap for me… And also for Willow the dog

We woke up in time to make yet another feast… This time bowtie pasta with mascarpone dressing. We always eat so well when linda and david are with us

Saturday night (delayed) – Sightseeing

We had a nice slow start to the day. it was much warmer… But still cholesterol. We drove into Burlington to check out some bookstores and David Janiszewski. It’s really fun going into some of the places I’ve never visited…

we came back from Richmond just before the roads were closed for the parade for Ryan Corcoran and Siegel… The Olympics silver metal guy in the grand slalom who grew up here. We didn’t see the parade… But we got to see the posters which was pretty cool

Diane and ‘Linda fixed another feast then we all played dixit the wonderful art card game

Take turns rubbing Linda and David’s cute dog Willow… It’s so nice to have a dog in the house. Boy do I miss our girls

Friday night (delayed) – Linda and David

I am loving my post retirement Fridays… I really do try to do as little work type work as I can and concentrate on my own projects… Period this week that meant catching up a little bit more on some home projects including having to redo a good part of our wireless network.

It had rained a bit the night before so the trees were all covered with this nice… Pretty… But I’m hoping we get more snow

Around 4 o’clock Linda and David showed up from New York… ‘Linda is Diane’s oldest friend and Linda David are some of our closest friends. It was the day after Linda’s birthday so we had a feast including a beautiful cake that I made. Our friend Deb joined as well

It’s a great starting to see friends again.

Happy birthday Linda

Thursday night (delayed) – havoc

Thursday was a relatively slow day which I really need it. After the builder for the demo on Wednesday I needed some time to catch up on life.… It’s a busy day… But no stress. In the afternoon I met up with my friends John, Brian, Bruce and Brian’s friend Anders Who are you are but had never met. We met at Bruce’s studio… As always we had a great conversations about art and technology… It was really cool getting to know unders a little bit… He works at Ayo glass… And is now a growing number of glass blowers that I’m meeting in Vermont… Miss mean glass is somehow in my future because it’s been in my past… Funny thing is I didn’t take any pictures other than Bruce’s dog levy ..

good dog levy !
