It’s been a hard day watching the presidential and Senate races… We knew that we would have to wait… But that doesn’t make it easy. Everybody I talk to today was distracted. It was kind of fun in a nailbiting sort of way.
On the positive front… our friend Frances came and took the chicken we found… But even better the chickens owner showed up at the house tonight.
And The well folks Came and fixed our well… So we have water again
Sitting here watching the election Is getting pretty tense.… It looks like there will be no easy answers here… I think I’m just going to go to bed and see what happens in the morning
Took Gap in my day to take a hike with Dianne and ‘Kyle we underestimated how much snow is up there it was a good foot everywhere in some places the drifts were up to her waist. It was fun to dive into Winter a little bit. We’re expecting near 70° Later in the week

To make things more interesting… Our well c seems to have malfunctioned and we have no water
And we found a chicken in our yard… We’re trying to find its owner. Is it you ?
Whatever your politics… You are Certainly on edge about tomorrow. No matter what happens It’s going to be an intense day. Maybe Some people will be happy… Certainly some people will be very unhappy… Maybe everyone will be unhappy. But whatever you think tomorrow will be a historic day. It’s hard to recall any day that had more weight in American history that we knew was coming.
I’m holding my breath… Maybe for the next week
With that happy thought I’m going to try to get some sleep
One fun thing from today… Diane noticed on the side of one of our Amazon boxes that there was a virtual reality pumpkin app. Do you have pumpkin face on the side of a box and used an app to create a little 3-D glory replica of your personal pumpkin
Not much to report today. It turned out to be a workday. Diana car went off hiking while I worked on several projects… Have a big work truck coming up on Wednesday and I had a device Advil for my brother.… As lame as that sounds working all through Sunday it was really fun.
Just trying to get used to daylight savings time… It was dark at five!
Supposedly were getting snow tonight !
What a nice thing that happened today is that our good friend Sumner came and took some of our doggy beds. It was bittersweet seeing him take them… But really glad to see that they’re being used
I’m really missing both our doggies!
